Applications may be submitted through our online application form.
Registration/Application materials:
- Completed Registration/Application Form
- Scholarship Application Deadline – May 15
- Application (no scholarship) Deadline – May 31
- Late Application Deadline – June 6
- Non-refundable application fee of $50 (Blanca Students only)
- Late application fee = $75
- Recording OR teacher recommendation letter (Blanca Students only)
- List of current repertoire including method/etude books (Blanca Students only)

* Former MBSMC students are not required to submit recommendation letters.*
*Applicants must submit either a recording of their playing or a teacher recommendation letter with the application. The recording should include a solo piece that best demonstrates the student’s ability. The recording can be submitted via email as a file, or a link, or a DVD/CD can be sent via mail. A teacher recommendation letter describing student skills and repertoire levels may be substituted for the recording.
On acceptance, you will receive an information packet. You must complete and return the forms included in this packet. Balance must be paid in full by June 19, 2021.
